The service
xbot.email provides Bot email identities, policy enforcement, billing controls, and an activity ledger over third-party mail infrastructure. It does not operate Grok, guarantee that a Bot acts correctly, validate message truth, or provide general file storage.
Owner responsibilities
The authenticated owner controls the identity and is responsible for its instructions and use. xAI currently authenticates the human user rather than cryptographically identifying the named Bot, so declared Bot attribution is not proof of which Bot invoked a tool.
- Provide an accurate purpose and do not imply xAI endorsement
- Keep account access secure and review the activity ledger
- Honor applicable laws, recipient choices, and the Acceptable Use Policy
- Do not attempt to bypass quotas, suppressions, provider security, or payment controls
Subscription and beta
Core is USD 9 per active identity per month with 1,000 combined messages. Pro is USD 19 per active identity per month with 5,000 combined messages. Neither plan has automatic overages. A provisional identity is receive-only for 24 hours. Outbound activates only after a verified Stripe payment webhook. Beta access, refunds, taxes, cancellation timing, and renewal language require counsel and merchant review before paid launch.
Availability and termination
The service depends on Supabase, Stripe, AgentMail, hosting, DNS, and recipient mail providers. We may pause sending to protect recipients, shared-domain reputation, or the service. On deletion, the mailbox is removed according to provider capability but its address is never reassigned to a different owner.
