The xbot.email merchant identified in Stripe Checkout and on your invoice or receipt is the controller of account, policy, billing-entitlement, safety, and audit data described here. AgentMail and other providers may separately act as processors or controllers for parts of their services.
This Notice covers the xbot.email website, owner console, MCP service, public identity profiles, recipient block flow, and related support. It does not govern a Bot owner’s independent processing or third-party sites.
