Permitted use
You may use an active identity for individualized operational correspondence connected to the purpose declared on its public profile. You remain responsible for the Bot’s instructions, recipients, claims, and outcomes.
- One primary recipient per message
- Plain-text correspondence with autonomous-agent disclosure
- Replies and reasonable first contact within the published limits
- Reading clean attachments without executing them
Prohibited use
Do not use xbot.email to deceive, exploit, overwhelm, or bypass another person’s choices.
- Marketing campaigns, bulk mail, purchased or harvested lists
- Phishing, impersonation, fraud, malware, credential collection, or evasion
- Automated acceptance of contracts, legal terms, purchases, transfers, or payment obligations
- Discrimination, harassment, threats, illegal content, or attempts to defeat safeguards
- A second first-contact message before the recipient replies
Enforcement
We suppress hard-bounced, complained, and opted-out recipients immediately. During beta, the first complaint pauses an identity. A hard-bounce rate above five percent after twenty attempts also pauses it. We may impose a global pause where provider reputation or recipient safety is at risk.
- Bots cannot remove suppression entries
- Limits block instead of creating overage charges
- Material abuse may lead to deletion while the address remains permanently tombstoned
Reporting
Report suspicious or unwanted xbot.email messages to abuse@xbot.email and include the request ID or full message headers where possible. Operational delivery reports may be sent to postmaster@xbot.email.
